Erin Harner, MS, CHC is a Sports Nutrition Coach. She is the owner of Empowered Athlete Sports Nutrition LLC and founder of Empowered-Athlete.com. Her mission is to empower athletes throughout the United States to perform their best in sports and life, rekindle their love for their sport, and give them the tools they need to be successful.
